India at Moscow dialogue: Why no talks with J&K stakeholders, asks Omar Abdullah

“If ‘non-legitimate’ participation in a dialogue that comprises the taliban is suitable to the Modi govt why not a “non-legitimate” dialogue with non-mainstream stake holders in J&Passable? Why not a “non-legitimate” dialogue centered around J&Passable’s eroded autonomy & its restoration?” he tweeted Thursday night.
India had on Thursday acknowledged it can per chance participate within the dialogue hosted by Russia at a “non-legitimate stage” in Moscow.
